Help! Problems in Kaillera

I have download Install_WEOL'08_2.2.exe and install it.
And the ePsXe is right config 2~
But when in the window Kaillera Client after I joined the partyline!

When I Create new game ~It shows :

Denied: Server does not allow playing this game!
* You have been kicked out of the game...

When I join someone's game~It shows:

This ROM is not available on your computer!

but the rom I use is the one in WEOL'08_2.2~

Can you tell us what is/are name/s of the server/s ?

From China to Poland is so far I think. Ping will be very big and you can't play.
I think mayby p2p mode will be solution? We try on MSN mate.
You should find some Asian, Chinese kaillera servers. Try with google.
